Dear pet owners, please brush your pet every day (if you can) with a slicker brush. Knots pulls their skin & it hurts them. It also takes more than the time showed on my appointment schedule to groom them.
Also if your pet has a coat longer than 2 cm, it take longer than the standard time ( due to drying time).
If a pet has matting & knots, I cannot use the clippers because it gets stuck in the knots. I do not shave pets to their skin because they are cold in wet weather and they also have
